How your answers are used

Who is responsible for your data. Mostyn Wilson Ltd, 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, is the controller..

What we collect. Your account details (name and email address, held with your account). For each assessment you complete: your seniority, sector, country and, if you give it, gender; your answer to each statement and the time you gave it; your choices in the comparison stage; and the results we calculate from them. We do not store your name or email with your answers; the two are linked only by an account reference.

What we use it for. Two things. First, to produce your results and the rest of your Personal Profile, which is the service you asked for. Second, to build the group that later results are compared against: your scores, with your name removed, become part of the comparison group that tells future users where they sit against other senior leaders. We rely on your consent for both, which you give by ticking the box before you start, and you can withdraw it by deleting your account.

What we don't do. We don't sell your data, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't share your individual results with anyone, including an employer, unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it. Your answers and results stay while your account is open and for 12 months after it closes. The comparison-group record, which has your name removed and holds your scores and the four details above but not your answers, is kept indefinitely. An attempt that wasn't scored because it looked rushed is deleted after 90 days.

Your rights. You can download your answers and results from your account page at any time. You can delete your account, which removes your answers and results and leaves only the comparison-group record with your name removed. You can ask us to correct anything that's wrong, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you think we've handled your data badly. We answer requests within one month.
